• First Steps on the Platform
  1. Go to the login terminal to create your Rounded account. Sign up with your email or with your Google account.

  2. Once on the platform, you have two options:

    • Start with an existing template (recommended if you are new)

    • Start from scratch

  3. Let’s start with a template: Hospital Receptionist.

  4. Unless you are specifically looking for a reception agent for your hospital, adapt the template by modifying the procedures accordingly.

  5. Test Your Agent!

  6. Once satisfied with the behavior, deploy your agent!

  7. Associate Your Agent with a Phone Number

    • Go to the ‘Phone Numbers’ tab > Add Phone Number

    • Select your agent under ‘Inbound Call Agent’ > Save

  8. Dial Your New Number

Initially, you are limited to one phone number. Contact team@callrounded.com to obtain additional numbers.

Voilà! Your agent is live.
